I’m Braden,
and I help entrepreneurs and innovators succeed.
I’ve spent the last 12 years working in leadership roles in Canada’s technology and startup ecosystem. My experience includes leadership and management in the private sector, public sector, and as an entrepreneur (Co-Founder @ Great Lakes Finesse - acquired by PRADCO Outdoors in 2023).
My work with entrepreneurs, incubators, accelerators, local governments, and post-secondary institutions consistently showed that these organizations often have short-term or project-based needs that are difficult to hire for, especially if an experienced hand is required.
Since 2021 I have been working directly with these innovators and innovation enablers through Bird Dog Strategic (previously BDRK Consulting) to fill temporary or project-based roles requiring deep sector or functional experience.
